Apartment 12

The house is located only 100 m from the sea, close to the center – 200 m, the first shop and restaurant are only 50 m away.

The house has 12 apartments, each with its own parking. 10 apartments are with 2 bedrooms, for a family with two children (up to 15 years old).
2 apartments are with 1 bedroom, for two adults. All apartments have a terrace or balcony, a table and chairs for sitting.
The apartments on the 1st floor have a balcony with a view, the apartments on the ground floor have terraces and access to the yard.

All apartments are equipped with: SAT TV, WIFI, air conditioning, safe. Kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishes and cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, induction cooker or glass-ceramic hob with two cooking places, microwave. Bathroom / toilet with shower and hair dryer.

Towels and kitchen towels are changed after 3 days for stays longer than 4 days, and bed linen + towels every 7 days for stays longer than 8 days. A cot is also available to guests (on request). The offer also includes the use of laundry and drying services, which are charged additionally.

For the apartment B4+1, the basic price is calculated for 4 people, the 5th person pays for an extra bed!
