The house is located in the central part of Baska, – 150 m from the center, 200 m from the sea, to the first store and restaurant is only 150 m. The house has 18 apartments, each with its own parking. All apartments have 2 bedrooms and a sofa in the living room, for 4 adults or a family with three small children (up to 12 years). The house is located on a hill in the center at the crossroads between the old and new part of town almost all apartments have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, harbor and the old town.

All apartments have a terrace or balcony, table and chairs. Apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor have balconies overlooking the sea and panorama, the ground floor apartments have terraces and access to a spacious courtyard with a garden pavilion with 2 grills and seating furniture.

All apartments are equipped with: SAT TV, WIFI, air conditioning, safe. Kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishes and cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, induction cooker or double-hob glass hob, microwave. Bathroom / Toilet with shower and hairdryer.

Towels and kitchen towels are changed after 3 days for stays longer than 4 days, and linen + towels every 7 days for stays longer than 8 days. There is also a cot, baby chair, iron and hairdryer on request. Laundry service is also available, at an additional cost.

For the apartment B4+1, the basic price is calculated for 4 people, the 5th person pays for an extra bed!
