About us

The Crneković family has been renting apartments in Baška for many years (since 2003) when we built the first house with nine apartments in Baška at Zarok 25. Since then we have built 7 more houses in different locations in Baška, where we now rent more than 70 apartments. All our houses are located in attractive locations in Baška, very close to the beach and town center. All our apartments are modernly decorated, extremely spacious in size and equipped with all necessary furniture, appliances and accessories. Every year we renovate and equip our apartments with newer and more modern equipment and appliances (new TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, bed linen, towels, mattresses, hair dryers, kettles, coffee makers (). In our houses it offers you different sizes of apartments, depending on your needs: one-bedroom apartments with living room and bathroom, two-bedroom apartments, living room and bathroom, and three-bedroom apartments, living room and two bathrooms. All our houses have free Wi-fi, and each apartment has its own free parking space. Each house has its own garden where there is a grill with table and chairs. All apartments are categorized with 3 or 4 *. At two locations, where we have concentrated the largest number of apartments (Ulica kralja Tomislava 8 and Ulica kralja Zvonimira 123), we have receptions for receiving and sending guests. The best proof of the quality of our service are YOU our dear guests who come back to us every year (we have more than 70% occupancy with guests who have stayed in our apartments for more than two years), as well as extremely high ratings you give us after your stay in our apartments.
